3. Course Access & Intellectual Property
Upon purchasing or enrolling in a course, EduNova grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view course materials for your individual educational use.
4. Certificate Verification & Misuse
EduNova academic certificates are cryptographically tracked. Any attempt to alter, counterfeit, or misrepresent certificate IDs will result in immediate termination of account access and revocation of credentials.
5. Payments & Refunds
Course prices are displayed at checkout. Standard purchases are subject to a 14-day refund policy, provided less than 30% of the course content has been accessed.
6. Prohibited Behavior & Governing Law
Users agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
